Dinner at the Davis's - Whoot

We're going to have an awesome dinner tonight at our house... 5700 6th Ct S, 35212.

Make sure to RSVP by 3 today. We hate to go there but if you're a regular and you haven't RSVP'd then you will have to wait until everyone who has RSVP'd or is new has eaten.

We're excited about people coming tonight!

A New and Improved Way of Doing Things...

Ok, if used correctly, this will make things MUCH easier! So, let's all please take advantage of this beautiful little blog! To make it happen we've all gotta be a little proactive. Here's the ideal: Whoever wants to host family dinner the following Monday must post a blog by the Friday of the week before (i.e. Hey guys, family dinner's at Jamie's house this Monday!). Let's go with the idea that if someone hasn't yet posted a location, then it hasn't yet been planned. Therefore, please check the blog occasionally to make sure that someone is doing it, if not, please consider volunteering! Next, over the weekend and up until 2pm on Monday the rest of us can RSVP by commenting on the post (i.e. I'm coming and I'm bringing 2 friends!). RSVPing is essential because it gives whoever's cooking a head count, so please be faithful to do so by Monday at 2. I wont be so harsh as to actually implement this law, but i sorta think it's only fair that if you show up without RSVPing you should wait until the RSVPers have gotten their food... I'm just saying... Thanks guys!!

We'll keep things at our usual time of 7pm.
